We are pet friendly! There is a brand new enclosed dog park on property, and several other locations to walk your pet on a leash. We allow up to two pets in each unit. There is a 40lb weight limit in the apartment flats, and a 70lb weight limit in the townhomes. $15 extra per month per pet is charged, and your security deposit is automatically one-and-a-half month's rent.
